At 1 point the WESTCOAST besides Dre & Snoop was ANTI-G-UNIT from C-BO, YUK & others, but now as i read topics on here i see alotta WESTCOAST rappers are now calling TRUCE'S.
Whats goin on? Is it the money? They feel like they cant win against the INTERSCOPE MACHINE? The disses wasnt getting attention, so its better 2 join em? Why go against GAME rather than 50 cent? It seem lik e the westcoast is against GAME & the dude can really rap he reminds me of Kurupt on Doggystyle juss ripping shit up.
SO my question............Is The Westcoast Scared of 50 Cent & G-Unit?

LOL had to co-sign this. Game's music is good I like BWS music quite a bit but as an MC how can you even say Kurupt in prime form back in the day is not ALOT better then Game currently. Right now hes not even better then Kurupt on the Kuruption album.
No one is scared either. They want to eat and with corporations dictating who gets to really eat then you have to stay on good terms with people who can whine to a label to get them to blackball or push someone back. Scared would be like the fear for their life. C-Bo is not getting shot from CT.

They aren't scared of G-Unot. What is happening right now is just what Obie Trice said last night on Shade 45. The music is waayy tp hooky and pop like. Besides E-40, I don't see anyone from the west coast subjecting themselves to that level to sell records. If anything, I say the west coast is realer and they need to leave Curtis "Interscope" Jackson alone and work on their own shit.

i dont hate the west at all. i love all the classics i love the 90s westcoast era i like glasses malone, bishop etc.. what i hate is westcoast fans crying because there favorite wecoast artists dont sell no records. who gives a fuck how much they sell?? if they end up selling alot of records then it means they sold out or they put out wack music in order to sell these records. does it really matter if they dont appeal to 12 year old girls and fuckin wiggers? since everyone on here wants the west to sell records, then all im saying is its too late.. they shouldve taken the opportunity 3 years ago.

Now why the hell should anyone from the West even give a fuck about G-Unit at this point? G-Unit is clearly on the decline and has been falling off for almost a year now - pretty soon, 50 ain't gonna have nearly as much control at Interscope as he (supposedly did). Beefin with G-Unit these days is just too easy and Game already beat the shit to death. So why do you even WANT the West to beef with G-Unit? It's a waste of time, just like it was when 50 beefed with Ja Rule and Murda Inc. It's funny for a little while, and then it gets played out.
And LOL at comparing Game to Kurupt in his prime...and this is coming from someone who thinks Kurupt is overrated.

The only thing the west is scared of is not gettin their share of the cake. Everyone who knows what it's like in a real hood, knows you'll do what you have to do to break out. If it means siding with G-Unit and dissing a Westcoast artist, thats what they do. It's all woof tickets anyway.
Make that paper while the opportunity is there. There is no honor among pimps, thugs and hustlaz because the understanding is there - First you get the money, then you get the power. It's a lot easier to be honorable and loyal when everyone is broke. Watch a homie get some paper see what happens.
What Snoop is trying to do is only possible because he has his paper already. If he was on the come up, he wouldn't be doing peace conferences and trying to open doors for others. He'd get his grind on and do whatever he had to do.
There are very few if any truly murderous minded stars in the rap game. How many rappers do you think ever even fired shots at someone with intent to kill? It's one thing to be affiliated and a whole other level to actually have put in work. I would guess 99.9% of all rappers playing thug, pimp or gangsta ever did any real work. This is not to hate because they have their stories to tell and they have talent to tell it. I will listen to someone like 50 or Cube get all gangsta on a record and love it because he's got the skills to make it enetertaining but I know he aint hanging out on the block and struggling to eat daily.
