I'm glad that OutKast is getting their dues from the Academy, but Afroman "Because I got high" nominated for a best rap solo award?  That's pathetic.  I don't give a fuck if it's relavent or not, the song is horrible, and undeserving of any award recognition.  for the R&B, I wouldn't be shocked if Alicia Keys and/or Aaliyah took all of those awards.

the rap nominations are a complete joke!!!!!
is it that Nas didnt get nominated in any category..or is it because the album was released so late in the year.. ?

I think the album was released too late, which is why it was not nominated.  might be nominated next year for an award or two

Dre took it last year, I think he should get it this year for doing all that work outside of the West.

Not excited about The Grammy's as last year, cause we had that Eminem/Elton John performance to look forward too.  The nominees blow this year.
