This was one of the biggest moments in wrestling history that was NOT intentional: The infamous "Curtain Call" that took place at Madison Square Garden:

In the video are four members of The Kliq: Shawn Michaels, Scott Hall(Razor Ramon), Kevin Nash(Diesel), and Triple H. This is a big moment because it was one of the first times keyfabe was broken by the actual performers themselves (HHH and Hall worked a match against eachother and Nash and HBK worked a match against eachother, but they were all embracing eachother in the ring afterwards).
It also confirmed to the wrestling fans all of the rumors of politicking going on backstage in the WWE, because nobody would pull a stunt like this unless they had some kind of stroke with management. Due to politics, Triple H received the brunt of the punishment for the incident, and his scheduled King of the Ring tournament win was scrapped. This allowed Stone Cold to take his spot, give his famous Austin 3:16 speech, and launch his own very successful rise to the top.

lol, HHH got back at Vince by marrying Steph and now is on top :D

vince was so pissed at what happened...the only person he was able to take it out on was triple h (he had to job for like a year) ...cause shawn michaels was #1 and nash,hall left to wcw.....

from what i heard was, vince had no problem with it untill a lot of the old timers he surrounded himself with start to get into his ear.

So why was this such a bad thing?......And it turns out not letting hhh win the kotr was one of the best moves in wrestling history. lol
