Title: Burning a VCD?

Ok, I wanna be able to burn some shows onto a cd-r and watch it on my dvd player, can anyone suggest some programs to use, lol and how to actually do it if its possible?

Nero is the best program.

i think u can only watch it on a dvd player with a dvd
