Yeah the music in the scene fits perfectly, this was the turning point in the film after he killed Frank and began really making money, man Sosa was a boss.

Not sure about the game though... Looks like the basic GTA knock-off to me. It's been in the making for a long ass time now, dunno how it's gonna turn out... Then again Half-Life 2 was in the making for 5 years and it turned out superb. But still - can't help but to think "Vice City" when you see the screens.
