I Need Music For A Underground Hip Hop Oriented Party, Like Pharcyde/Masta Ace/Raekwon/Nas/Black Moon/Old Mobb Deep Type Stuff
Anyone have any suggestions??

Heltah Skeltah and the rest of the Boot Camp Clik, Planet Asia, Abstract Rude, Fatlip(solo album), Saafir, Ras Kass, Freestyle Fellowship
-
A party? Better get your DJ Quik tapes out!
-
if your playing that type of underground hip hop its prolly not really a party. People dont dance to that shit, not even the people that like it.
-
^^ Turf Hitta is right...i love that type of shit but i would NEVER dance to it...save the dancing for club music
-
Infamous and Hell on Earth
-
^those are underground? in what country? both them albums had videos on mtv
-
Its not a typical Party. there is going to be a performance by Dead Neto
(Rock The Bells Mp3.com Winner) ( www.myspace.com/deadneto ) ( www.mp3.com/deadneto ) <--Watch Their Live Footage From Rock The Bells
So its basically a hip hop show, at my place

I got a best of DJ Premier 80 minute mix. If you want it, PM me. It would be sick for a party.
-
Just because Mobb Deep are famous now doesn't mean the music isn't hardcore.
-
get some j dilla albums, pick and choose the bangin instrumentals you want to drop in here and there duiring the mix, good way to diversify the playlist
-
I would play some hiero, blackstar(although not really underground its respected) definitely Murs, Madvillian, Zion I, you can just about never go wrong with some De La Soul and Tribe Called Quest
