Title: Better Roster - Black Wallstreet or G-Unit?
Post by: ChinBo37 on August 28, 2006, 08:56:35 PM
Who are you checking for more right now.  Now that BWS Journal Vol 1 is out we have a better idea who is signed.  Who do you think has more talent right now? This thread isnt for GUnit haters so you can just quiet that right now.

Who is going to make a bigger impact over the next year?

50 Cent
Young Buck
Lloyd Banks
Yayo
Hotrod

or

Game
Juice
Ya Boy
Clyde Carson

Ya Boy is the xfactor here. Because of him  BWS > GUnit   EASILY.

Game and Ya Boy is a combo that GUnit couldnt fuck with if there life depended on it.

The only way anyone could Fuck with them is if we went back to 95, then Mobb Deep could have fucked with them. But Now No Chance...

Yeah in their prime MOBB could fuck with anybody.  But now BWS is def ahead of G-Unit talent wise.

Yeah I meen if were talking just get on a beat and spit, Ya Boy and Game would prob win cause Ya Boy but they could NEVER fuck with Mobb Deep when it comes to making classic songs.  In their prime Mobb Deep had some of the best songs I have ever heard.

3 years ago people where saying that about Banks and 50. Becareful, because we don't know how the album will turn out. Banks was the unoffical mixtape artist of the year in '02-'03.

BWS has a slight edge right now, at least as far as talent goes. The problem is that Game is the only artist from BWS that's had national exposure, while the entire G-Unit crew has at least one major label release to get there name out there. On the flip side the G-Unit solos haven't done as well as the labels predicted. It's definitely time for BWS to show that they have staying power, or else they'll be just as easily forgotten. As for the entire label rosters, well, let's just say that it's a good thing it's 2006 otherwise G-Unit would take this one easily with artists like Mobb Deep and M.O.P.

Talent wise.. maybe. But G-Unit makes way better music. I've never heard Ya boy song I listened to more then once. Plus Game isn't better then anyone on g-unit... maybe yayo, but It'd be close. And no shit whos gonna win on a west coast music site's forum.

No one besides Game even released a commercial LP so this is way too soon to be asked.

Head to head:

Game over 50
Ya Boy over Banks
Young Buck over Juice
Cyssero over Yayo
Clyde Carson over Hotrod
Sha Money XL over NJD

BWS Wins 4-2 ;D

G-unit will sell more and continue to do well but BWS will stay less commerical but have less succes!

BWS. Although I doubt they will be commericaly successful because Game doesn't know how to run a label.

I didn't know ROTY was released last year, lol, so I went to check clips at Amazon. He's nice on the mic, but the beats on his album were horrible, who produced?
