Well, maybe, but petrov is very good player....and O'neill has been given a nice transfer budget (30 million pounds)

If he had played in the EPL the last 6/7 years it woulda been double that.

Transfer fee is an initial £6.5 million with the possibilities of rising to £8 million correct?

Good work for Celtic to get £6.5 for him after signing him for £2 milliion

Not often that a player in Scotland gets sold for a proper value and not under sold
