life is good!! been a busy month or so though!!
Recent checklist
sorted house paperwork
ordered sofa from DFS
took ownership
stripped out front room
cleaned the back garden, weeding and sanded down the shed for re-painting
prepared fencing for painting
ripped out kitchen tiles (which brought down 2 stud partition walls down with it!!)
replaced kitchen units
ripped rest of kitchen plasterboard walls out
re-plaster boarded walls, skimmed them and sanded down
re-tiled kitchen with black mosaic tiles then grouted and sealed them
done the kitchen floor with hardwood tile effect flooring
base coated the entrance hall (still needs painting)
got decorator in to paper front room/dining room
painted bedroom
took radiators off in front room for cleaning then bled system when back on
sofa arrived
ordered TV
TV arrived
set up downstairs technology :)
just this past week/weekend
set up office and PC
moved all my stuff in
got my 360 off my missus!
got most of my stuff in now, got the full office to sort and organise yet though!
hooked up my 360 to my 32" panasonic viera HD (ill take photos this week of my whole home ;D)
now i just need to know properly how to hook my 360 to the PC for the ultimate house party tool ;D

yea moving in helps you learn alot, most of that i couldnt do before i had a go, now i've learnt cutting, spotting, plastering, skimming, tiling, im a better painter now and i can do loads of other useful bits ;D

get a job as a maintace man. you will learn loads. i did that my first year outta high school learned bunches of shit.

you cant learn to plaster in one house move man, that shit takes years to master
unless ur walls are more bent than oklin

I'm mutli skilled :) i am a marine surveyor with my own business, i write sales training manuals, i do contract work for media sales and advertising agencies and some other stuff and of course i run dubcnn ;D

unless ur walls are more bent than oklin
oh yea man, i didnt mean i'd mastered it i just mean i can do it, not perfectly, to get that incredible smooth a professional does is real hard, but im competent that i can do sections quite well...

yup we got sum prperties which we bought for like 10 15 k a piece each 1 now is valued at 70 to 85 grand its fuckin crazy go out of the north its okay even areas like haslington oldham nelson are still reasonable compared to accrington bolton parts of blackburn its crazy
