When did Snoop diss Dr. Dre?

On Tha Doggfather:
voice: "Yo Snoop, word on the streets is, your beats gonna be delicate since Dre done shook the spot."
Snoop: "Beats? So that's what make me now? Nigga I don't give a fuck about no goddamn beats."

That is most def NOT a diss...just Snoop saying he's capable of standing on his own without Dre's beats.  That ain't the same thing as dissing a nigga.

I do seem to remember Snoop being a little upset that Dre never supported him much when he was on trial for murder, but he never really dissed Dre for that on any songs I remember.

When did Snoop diss Dr. Dre?

Also, in the Doggfather intro, Snoop says "Yeah, this is dedicated to niggas who said gangsta rap was dead. Fuck y'all"

When Dre left Death Row and started Aftermath, he'd been saying that gangsta rap was dead.

probably some shit because of dre using stealing and using other peopls work lyrics/beats, and being fake i dont really know actually

Also, Quik was talking about how Dre is a hypocrite.  First, saying gangsta rap was dead and then going back to gangsta rap and being all hard.

Quik has no room to talk. Dude has flip flopped his image like every album.

How can it not be?  More like, how CAN it be a diss?  Saying that you can do shit on your own without someone's help is hardly disrespecting that person.  If anything, it's simply dissing the critics who were saying Snoop couldn't come back.

I've allways been a little suspicious about this line on a track Snoop did for a Whoo Kid mixtape, 'Crip Hop' with Lil' 1/2 Dead.

'I called up the diggy doc on the telephone,
but it seemed like the doctor was not home..'

I allways wondered wether this was a slight diss to Dre for not working with Snoop (and reportedly not turning up when they were supposed to record for 'Paid da cost to be da boss').
