Title: Daz - RAW appreciation thread
Post by: Diggfinger on September 17, 2006, 06:19:19 AM
So after agreeing with myself that Daz has basically fallen off, and cant produce good tracks unless he has a co-producer, I popped in "RAW" in my stereo once again....and damn. This record is really good, might not be better but it is certainly on the same level as Retaliation Revenge & Get Back.

Production is really bumpin too....great west coast album 8)

oh by the way what did you think about Daz's "Dogg Pound Gangsta LP"? Was it worth getting?

I still haven't heard this album...  :(

Is this the one with all the D.R. songs Daz made while he was still there??

nah that must have been "Retaliation, Revenge & Get Back".

RAW saw Daz doing his independant thang to tha fullest, driving around slanging RAW around the hoods!

Depends on who you ask. I heard that Daz took the original master copy from the DR studio and put in out indie after he left. So I am sure that most if not all of the tracks were recorded at DR.
