It's cool, it seems like it's about to kick in, but it just stays mellow the whole time.  Good use of smaples tho.

It's a danish battle.. but its at www.hiphopproducer.dk forum.. i only used like 1 hour on this.. the deadline for uploading beats is the 20th september.. so i just made something quick to be in the contest... i don't think i will win, you can hear some of the other beats here: http://www.hiphopproducer.dk/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=80
