Yeah, Too Bad they wont get past the Jaguars in the playoffs though, maybe next year....

Yup, they beat the Raiders and the Titans!! They're so fucking amazing! Man fuck the Chargers. They have one of the easiest schedules in the NFL. They won't get through the 1st game in the playoffs.

The Chargers have the two most important factors for a Super Bowl winning team; tough defense and a great running game. The only teams I fear right now are Indy and Cincinatti [because they'll throw all over our inexperienced secondary]. The only other team in the AFC that would even come close to the Chargers' level right now will be the winner of tomorrow night's game.

Chargers lost to the Steelers last year by 2 points in a game they should have won, and spanked on Indy.

If Rivers is as good as Brees we have a good chance to go far in the playoffs.
Are secondary is better than last year with Marlon McCree. Offense can only get better with Marcus McNeill and Vincent Jackson.

Dont get ahead of yourself they beat the TITANS AND THE RAIDERS throw in the packers and you have the three worst teams in the NFL. But i agree they are very good, and 7 pts in 2 games is GREAT, no matter who you play. They probably have the best front 7 in the NFL and Merriman :o
And Phillip Rivers looks like hell be just fine!

The Chargers would beat the Jags in the playoffs...The Jags had no life last year against the Pats in the playoffs. And with Leftwich they arent going to win a playoff game, there running game is shaky, yet there passing game is better without Jimmy Smith. They have a great d line and a very good back 7 as well, but the Chargers are more physical and have a better running game, not to mention they dont have to deal with Indy and therefore will win the West and would have the Jags at home in a playoff game...

The one thing going against the Chargers that they might not be able to overcome is the MARTY factor, and dont try to deny it Chargers fans, hes a CHOKER in the playoffs....when he coached the Browns he couldnt beat the Broncos, when he was with KC he couldnt get them to the superbowl and only 1 champinoship game (thanks to Joe Montana) They even had home field advantage 3 times while he was the head coach...just like the game he called against the Jets a few years ago to cost them a game they had no buisness losing...The Marty Curse, he can never keep his team focused long enough, thats why the beat the Colts in Indy then go to lose to Miami....

That's very true, but don't forget that Cowher was always known as a "choker" in the playoffs. And look what happened last year. Call me biased or a homer if you want, but I truly believe that this is the year San Diego is finally able to celebrate a Super Bowl victory.
