u know, ive heard complaints about people on hea ridin snoop n dre'z nutz too much. but damn....i think Nas is RIGHT up thea wit em. n honestly, i dont see tha big deal wit nas. i NEVA felt him as a rapper. his style is so drab n boring. along wit AZ. i think they tha same person. i honestly think hes one of tha most overrated rappers right now. i aint dissin anybody who like him, everybody got different taste. but to me hez no betta then ja rule....or alotta otha NY rappaz. let me know y yall think hez so great?!?

i was never really into nas, but STILLMATIC just changed all that, IMO that is the dopest album to come out this year, and as infinite said, all of the tracks r memorable ...

I've always loved Nas' music, he fell off there 4 a while but with "Stillmatic" he's just proven his status as one of the greatest MC's of our time, if your too ignorant to see that ToNe jus' cos he's getting alot of love here then thats upto you. If u don't feel him then fair enough, but as you can see to alot of us it's a different story. If we were on Nas' 'Nutz' then I doubt we'd hate on "I Am" or "Nastradamus" unlike a few individuals here that think everything that Snoop, for example, has done is perfection and don't wanna admit that it wasn't a scratch on what he has done or is doing at this present time.

I thought that part of my answer was quite sufficient...as you asked why Nas is gettin dick-roden....but since Stillmatic dropped and everybody started luvin a gr8 album ppl assume he is gettin dick-roden.
But as ppl have said Stillmatic is motavating, is a gret CD that makes u wanna listen 2 it over and over again until u know every single lyric 2 the album. It's one of those cd's you jsut wanna blast up and let the rest of the world know. An album you wanna listen 2....whe you come home....Jay Z, Ice Cube etc. get throwin 2 the side cos Nas is back with another amzin album. That is why Stillmatic is bein loved by ppl. It is a CD that every1 can feel but not in the same but different aspects of the CD or songs.

I agree, for me this album wasn't far from the "Illmatic" level, it's as close to almost classic as it gets! "I Gave You Power" is on another level to most hip-hop songs, & he's gone and done it again with "Rewind".
