Fuck all those DMX, Jay-Z and Ja-Rule lovers who only like songs that have a tight hook.  They don't respect hip-hop.  Shit, Warren may not return at all lookin at the sales so far.

It is hardly his worst album ever, truth be told.  In fact, it may be his second best album ever!  The fact of the matter is, nobody but us guys on here are checkin for Warren G anymore, and it is sad.  To be honest, peeps aren't really checkin for Westcoast right now period.  Two years ago, Bad intentions song woulda been knockin in every club, and that soundtrack would've easily went platinum.  And Mack 10, he dropped a nice album with a catchy Dre produced single, yet he didn't push units at all either.  And Nate Dogg, who has dominated the airwaves for the past two years, can't even sell 100,000 in his first week?  This is crazy shit, i honestly can't believe it....at least he will push more units if he drops a video for Your Woman Has been Sighted......

As for Warren G, he is fucked.  I wanna say who cares about sales, because he has given us an incredible album.  However, i know Warren caresa lot about sales at this point in his career, ya know?  I mean, noone was checkin for him to prod. tracks before this, as if they are gonna be beggin him to lace shit now.  This is quite sad, i can't imagine how frustrated Warren G is right now, being that he put his heart and soul into this cd.

but here in my record store, nobody cared for him, there are tons of copies left from the return of the reg. but nate was sold out when i asked the day it came out.

WTF??? dude.....i'm not judging this album by the sales fool, i've been saying this album is only 2.75/5 even before this album drop.....its 0/5 lyric wise, 4/5 beat wise thats how i judged it

anyways, warren's 2nd album is his second best album for real.....peeps like you slept on it cuz it didn't meet up to his 1st album but overall, his 2nd album is DOPE for real

Dont get me wrong--89 is terrible--but its not like warren is going to go broke now.  A couple of things to consider-#89 a week before Christmas usually equals close to 50,000 sales.  Also-Warren has never been a big first week sales kinda guy.  Im not saying this album will go gold or anywhere close, but with word of mouth and what not Id expect the album to continue to push some units.

Once again I really don't care about albums sales, but Teecee made a good point... without sales Warren can't bring out tight music... Right now I enjoy this album a lot better than his first... my friends love it to death... when I put in Stillmatic they scream how whack it is and want to listen to Warren again... they should represent and cop it... The album is real tight in my mind... I don't know how anyone could say it's his WORSE album... obviously it's their first Warren G album... I think it's straight fire and give it the big Bow Wow...

I don't live in the Eastside, but I live close to the eastside, but I dont see why those niggas would wanna blow me up man

if he was so worried about sales, he should've just gone for some people that the TRL kids would recognise..

the album is dope. but he's been gone too long for people who havent been following him, to remember him.

"when I put in Stillmatic they scream how whack it is and want to listen to Warren again..."
Your friends are crazy or they don't listen hip hop...'cause STILLMATIC destroys RETURN OF THE REGULATOR in every point....
Lyrically NAS is 10
Warren 2
;)

...and for the next week Warren g's new album will be out of the charts.
He will sell 300.000 copies if he is lucky enough.

See-I hate "Here Comes Another Hit"--my point?  Well what may seem as a sure-fire hit single to you, doesnt seem that way to others.

For real-One time me and a bunch of friends were making a long car trip and they were mad for the new Warren..  My one friend thought it was a compliation of my favorite songs and when I told him that its one album he was floored.  The album has a crossover appeal sound to it--will it reach it? probably not

Nas will always be a better a lyricists, but Warren brings an overall better production and Mista Grimm is that added MC we can all enjoy... stillmatic is not whack, but ROTR is my favorite
