Not to say he actually did fall off, but you can certainly make an argument that 2pac DID indeed fall off.......he went totally commercial on All Eyes on Me, after an incredibly heartfelt and mature album (Me Against the World). Now, AEOM is one of my fav's ever, but i respect people who don't feel it after Pac saying he was done with the Thug Life type shit.....most hiphop purists would say Me Against the World was Pac's finest album......if you go with this theory then you can argue he did indeed go downhill. I have to admit his subject matter became tired on AEOM and Makeveli, hoever it is hard to deny all of the hits on those albums. So commercially i would say Pac improved for sure, otherwise i would say he took a slight dive.....but only fell off in a few people's eyes. PEACE

this is hard becuase just about every artist that i know of has went down from their pinacle, even if it's just by a little bit
even outkast and ghost face who are still dope but arn't as good as they were at their best, outkast went from like a 10 to a 9.5...lol and ghost went from an 9 to a 9.5
so really just about every one has kinda fallen off

Let me clarify:
I never said Who has always came with a classic album. I mean who has never went from a completely dope album to a pile of garbage (ex. Cube, Kurupt, Snoop etc.)
I shoulda said who has remained constant on their albums and never completely flopped. I would say Outkast and Ghost could be on that list.
The reason I'm asking is cause I just know who is dependable.

i'd have to say pac, he has never fallen off on album. cause even when he was alive you got tyte shit on every album. compared to snoop who kinda fell off right around the signing of no limit. his shit sounds like some soft gangsta shit now.

Personally i'd have to go with Pac, he hasn't dropped a 'garbage' album ever in my eyes, yeah UTEOT wasn't as dope as it could've been, but that wasn't exactly his fault as he wasn't around to control it! I guess we could count Dre in aswell, I mean SOLO he's dropped nuthin' but classics! & I'm pretty sure "DETOX" is a potential classic.

Neither has Eminem or Xzibit in my eyes. Cube has dropped some dope shit to, cant think of a bad album from him maybe except Bootlegs and B-Sides (does that count)

Tha last person who i think hasnt fallin off YET. n belie me, it hurtz me tah say this....n i KNOW we suppose to name RAPPERS but ima name hiz ass anywayz. Puffy aint really fallin off yet. tah me his shit is trash...but he dont seem tah have fallin off yet...YET. lol
