i was just listenin to this "Dr. Dre & Jay-Z - The Chronic 3000" mixtape. It's a bunch of Jay-Z verses over Dr. Dre beats (and some that the DJ assumed were Dr. Dre beats). But I don't recognize these 2 at all! Someone let me know where they're from.

The song u got here called "heart of the city (aint no love)" , number 2 i think it was , the beat is from the song "tell your friends" , by jadakiss and drag-on. I dont think this is a dre beat tho.
