Title: CD's for cheap
Post by: WestCoasta on October 04, 2006, 02:15:23 AM
maybe some people have done this but if you go on amazon.com you can sometimes find weird deals and most of the time find fair deals

one time I got "Dead Man Walkin" by Snoop Dogg for 1 cent... ended up bein like $3.00 with tax & shipping

Yeah, Amazon marketplace. It essentially brokers third party sales, sometimes second hand, sometimes stores that don't have another e-commerce set-up. I've had some good bargains on there before - Ras Kass' Soul on Ice for about £10 a year or two ago.

I find old jazz albums for me to cut samples from on there for unusual deals like that too. You can't go wrong with browsing around on there every once in a while.

Try www.cdzone.co.uk for albums that aren't available in the UK.

I picked up Safe + Sound and Balance & Options (new, shrink-wrapped) for £12 including international shipping.

I ain't tried Amazon marketplace yet, but I'm gonna have to if I want Under Tha influence.
