Anyone got a good tip on how to stop smokin' chronic?? :(
-
It's all willpower, you just have to keep telling yourself no, think about whatever reason you have for quitting. The longest i've gone without in the last 5 years is probly 4-5 days at most... so good luck. But i have had plenty of good friends stop that smoked like I smoke and thats how they did it. Oh, and workout a lot it helps an unbelievable amount.

Quitting weed is psychological, other than the fact that your body has to adapt to eating and sleeping without it, which will feel awkward for a short while, but that goes away after about a week. Basically, if you smoke daily, there's bound to be a period of time where your throat/lungs start hurting. The pain usually takes care of itself within a matter of a couple days or less. It's the same thing with everything in life...Your muscles tense up and hurt every once in a while from working out. Pain (and dealing with it) is part of life...PeACe

I quit smoking weed recently and I was almost a daily smoker. I smoke a little weed now and again. I feel alot better now that I almost cut down to nothing.. Should of did it a while ago. I quit because I was having chest pains everytime I smoked.

well I've been smoking everyday for years now. I got back from the doctor not too long ago, turns out I got bronchitis. He said if I smoke I should stop for a little bit. Shit bronchitis didn't stop me from smoking last time I had it, I don't see it stoping me this time around.
