id have to disagree, my point is simple, Jay-Z served Nas with one verse on Takeover and did as much damage as Nas did to Jay-Z in a whole song, meanwhile Jay-Z still rode on the other playahatin faggots on the rest of Takeover...just wait if Jay-Z were to do a whole song about Nas, shit would be bananas....holla

I like Ether way better, and Nas lyrics ripped Jay a new asshole...........but The Takeover sounds way more vicious and the beat hits harder, plus Jay z's charisma makes his diss stand out more.  I think Jay z's disses are a lot easier to understand cuz he is rappin so slow and accentuating his words, whereas Nas just spits.....Overall, i am gonna say it is a tie......although lyric for lyric jay got ripped......PEACE

Lyrically I would have to say that Nas beat Jay-Z with ehter...but the beat to Takeover was far more tighter than the one to Ether....but wot ppl forget is that Nas ripped Jay-Z in the space of 2mins 30 secs....and he didn't even diss him in the whole song..the song is "Stillmatic"...that song had an amzin beat and lyrics....so Jay Z has been ripped lyrically by Nas twice since jsut before the Takeover album dropped.
