remove the "watch?" part so u get  [flaxxsh=425,350]http://www.youtube.com/v=qnIgXlvOQpo[/flaxxsh]

change the "=" to another "/"

so this ---> [flaxxsh=425,350]http://www.youtube.com/v=qnIgXlvOQpo[/flaxxsh]  becomes ---> [flaxxsh=425,350]http://www.youtube.com/v/qnIgXlvOQpo[/flaxxsh]



ignore the "xx" in the word flash of course, should work.
