There hasn't been any info on this yet and if I remember corectly, Kanye stated his 3rd lp would drop at the end of 06.
According to wikipedia (although we should'nt take wiki seriously);
Graduation will be the third major label album release from Roc-A-Fella/Def Jam hip hop artist/producer Kanye West; there is currently no official release date, but Kanye stated at the Brit Awards that it would be released in December 2006, though in May 2006 he said he was now unsure of a release date.
It is thought that the album will include the song "Bittersweet" - West's collaboration with John Mayer. The song was originally set to be on his second album Late Registration, but did not make the final tracklisting. Kanye said that this was because he felt that the song didn't "fit in" with the rest of the album.
The album is also set to feature the song recorded with Chris Martin during a spontaneous "jamming session" with the Coldplay frontman. The song, recorded in February 2006, in London, England [citation needed], is titled "Homecoming." It has been given praise by several people that have claimed to hear the song [citation needed].
On May 19, 2006, West was quoted saying "My new album Graduation, I'm not sure when I'm [releasing] it, I'm working on it very diligently right now and it's very incredible and very scary to anyone that's not involved with it." [1]
On August 5 at San Diego's Street Scene and on August 20 at Indiana's State Fair, Kanye performed acapella two verses which will appear on the album. He also mentioned being "80 percent done with an album I can't tell you about." [2]
Swizz Beatz has reportedly told MTV he has worked with Kanye on a track for Graduation.
Speculation and leaked reports point toward a December 11 release.

I'm always hyped for a new Kanye album, he always comes correct and clean with the production. I definitley need some new material from him anyways, the last 2 albums are tainted.

According to that info, the people who contributed to that page were on point, as I have seen almost all of this news on the album in various *credible* news posts.
I am hyped about the album, it should be on par with his past two albums and be something totally different... Which we will grow to love, like Late Registration.
