Champions League Group F
Celtic Park
Tuesday, 17 October
Kick-off: 1945 BST

Dutch midfielder Evander Sno is expected to deputise for Gravesen.

Strikers Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink and Maciej Zurawski are also doubtful with hamstring problems, as is midfielder Aiden McGeady with an ankle strain.

Benfica will be without Manuel Rui Costa, Marco Ferreira and Greek playmaker Giorgos Karagounis who have all been ruled out with injuries.

Whats your predictions for tonights game?

Its a must win for us tonight, and i think with the fans behind us we can take 3 points! 2-0 to the celts!

Im just heading down the local for  many pints , and i hope tonight is going to be a wonderful night!!

My monies on Benfica, but hadn't checked their injury list before I included them in my bet, so I'm hoping they can still pull off the result.

I thought we would win 2nite, and we definately deserved it.  I don't even think 3-0 flattered us.

If Celtic beat Benfica in Portugal in their next game and Manchester United draw in Denmark, both will progress. :D

i like the sound of that, im looking forward to the celtic v man utd game. In a way id prefer it to be a match that means something in terms of qualification. Im sure it will still be a huge match though due to the england scotland connection.

I really really wouldn't.  Tho it will prolly mean something, obviously we would both be thru should the above happen in fixture 4 but there would still be 1st and 2nd to play for. :D

Possibly the best football i have seen from Celtic since the Tommy Burns era. No long balls, slick counter attacking, great finsihing everyone working their socks off....what more can you ask? Great result Bhoys.
