Title: Lloyd banks on top.....still a flop
Post by: BIG.DADDY on October 19, 2006, 03:30:18 AM
Debuting on The Hip-Hop Charts this week is Lloyd Banks, taking the No. 3 slot. The bad apple seems to have rolled off the edge this week, with only 143,100 copies sold.

Bank$ may still go gold with this album but I'm skeptical as to whether or not he will go plat...........but sales aside, I didn't enjoy this album very much..........when he was talking about this album before it dropped he was saying he was going 2 have dope concept records on it but I wasn't overly impressed with anything...........and to say that Rakim was featured on the album and then have him sampled?.........nah man

He will definitely not go Gold.  The same thing's gonna happen to him that happened to Mobb Deep - his 2nd week, his album is gonna drop like a muthafucka on the charts, and in a few weeks, it won't be in the Top 200 at all.
