I was just wondering, cuz i wanna hear this shit. Someone who has this cd let me know please.......hell, let me know all of the good songs, aiight? PEACE
-
Nevermind, i just listenened to every song on the cd, and it is garbage. Although Master P has always been garbage, there was a time when i liked that garbage, i even bought that one cd, Ghetto Dope (actually my boy CLICHE stole it for me back in the day) and haven't thrown it in the garbage yet.......cuz it is pretty good to tell the truth.
But this new cd, this is garbage. MTV said Timbaland, DRE, and Neptunes did tracks, but i definitely did not hear a DRE beat...........unless it was complete garbage.
-
I'm sure P just lied again.
-
I heard the dre song is called "Ain't no limit" He made it for P waaay back like 2-3 years ago, but P wanted to use it only when he had to.
-
I'm sure P just lied again.
LOL
-
Ayo teecee you shoulda know that his shit was gonna be some trash...Never a need to listen to it...That new single is soooooooooo WHACK...
-
But yo, sometimes i like wack shit, lol. I once liked a Master P cd, so i thought maybe, just maybe, i would feel a couple tracks.......but i can't believe how bad this cd is, even if it is by Master P.
-
This cd is truly horrible, my god.
I kinda like OOHHWEE though, but thats because i liked "Shake It Like A Dog" & "Show Dat Work"
-
I like the new Master P CD so remember your opinion doesnt stand for everybodys. And yes-Ooohwee is tight but it does have a strong resemblance to former No Limit Soldiers, Kane and Abel's, "Shake It Like A Dog"--which strongly resembled Juvenile's "Back that Thang Up"
-
dre song is called "Ain't no limit"
My dear God, when will P realize that repetitiveness killed his label... There already was like 6 'Aint No Limits', 4 or 5 'Soldiers', and a helluva 'OOweees', 'Uuuunghs' and 'Hooodie Hooos'.... Seems like MP lives in a cage where nothing happens around him and he aint got shit 2 do...... Once MP gets more diverse and finds some dope producers he could sell some..... Otherwise bye bye souljah..

No Limit is still in this and are still relevant in the rap game whether you all want to admit it or not. Lil Romeo went platinum and was the Billboard's best rapper-that's a fact you cant take away. Im not a lil romeo fan but the label is still prominant in the business.
-
4 me No limit Is Dead the only 2 who was Puttin this label on the map was Snoop Dogg and The Bow wow wanna be Lil Romeo
-
There is not one single label out there that constantly put out platinum albums. Only artists not labels go consistantly platinum. Everyone knocks No Limit, but look at Roc-a-fella, Cash Money, Doggystyle, Aftermath, Ruff Ryders, Bad Boy, etc. And look at cliques--like Dungeon Family, Wu-Tang, etc..nobody is consistant. No Limit is the same as any other label..the only difference is that they ran the rap game at one time, but of course trends always change so theyre not as big as they once were. But to say theyre irrelevant is an ignorant comment.

Yea, they might sell a lot of shit...but No Limit puts out the wackest stuff, period.

Okay-so in your opinion they are wack. That's fine-but the sales cant be argued.
-
no limit is WHACK for real, 99% of their songs has no fucking meaning at all......but still they somehow sell at least 100,000 copies or more
-
There is a big difference between:
A classic album
A multi-platinum album
A classic album can sell 5 copies, a weak album can lure mad peeps into makin it sell real well.

what do you expect from a master P album? everything he is puttin out these days are fucking wack as hell...
-
That new album is garbage...And so is P...Ghetto D was the shit though...

I think the new album is hot. No skits--just great party music.
-
Sugefight, i have honestly loved some of No Limit's past shit, but i gotta say that this new album is pathetic....just my opinion, but it seems to be supported by most everyone else too.....
-
3 or 4 posters on a WEST COAST board does not imply everybody else. Your opinion is fine..just as my opinion is fine..but its just an opinion not an overall evaluation.
-
I like some No Limit music. I am not ignorant like many people and automatically label EVERYTHING whack. Alot of it is pretty bad, but i do know that there are some talented people on the label like MAC & Soulja Slim.
Assuming that an entire record label is whack by listening to one or two rappers is just plain ignorant. Would you assume that KURUPT is whack by listening to DR. DRE rap, because theyre in the same clique? Thats the same mistake you all are always makin; just because Master P & Silkk The Shocker are whack as fuck (they are), doesnt mean that theres not some hidden talent on the Label.

And on the same token, just cos you think Silkk is whack doesnt mean everyone does. Silkk is one of my favorite rappers and you can quote me on that. I know P is not a good rapper but he makes fun music-end of story.
