I'm not buying his reasoning much at all. I don't know what the hell was on his hand for the couple of innings but I dont think it was dirt lol

Hell not that was not dirt. If it was dirt he had that same clump of dirt against the A's and Yankees. That shit was pine tar and he should have been ejected and suspended for 10 games.

I dont think the cards made a big deal about it because i bet they are doing the same thing, and they dont want the pressure to be out on the pitchers

Most pitchers do it.
Like E-loco says...Cards pitchers are doing it too...thats why it isn't big deal. Thats why in game 2 Kenny was told to wash it off and not be ejected.
