Title: Import Gaming - NTSC=>PAL
Post by: Digital Pimpin' on October 24, 2006, 04:27:19 AM
I managed to cop a Japanese copy of Street Fighter 3 on PS2 after many years of waiting but it displays in black and white on my 12 year old Sony PAL TV.

Anyone know how to overcome this? I don't think the TV has an RGB scart (just a normal one) so I got a PAL booster thing. Don't know how to use it though.

your tv is too old really.. OR..  your input is set to svideo for that input channel but you're using scart

I'm gonna try an RF cable from the converter to the TV, failing that 3 phonos from the converter to the SCART, and if that doesn't work I'll try an RGB SCART (don't know for certain if the TV supports RGB or not).

I wanna put off buying a new TV until January (the sales :P)
