it can be heard about the 4min 20 bit of this below...is it a new beat?!? cause we dropped a track from NV this year called "Shinin" with the exact same beat...can anyone confirm/set me straight?! - the NV track is below! ;)

Yes, it's exact the same beat.
Snoop's version is called "Which One Of U" and was uploaded on his MySpace page earlier this year.

hmmm, ok cool, i don't know who produced it so it could be the same beat as they are affiliated with the 1500 production team snoop works with...interesting though!
