I think a true gamer is anyone who can play any game and play it well, from NBA Live to Madden from Super Mario Brothers to Halo. Therefore i say i am a gamer but unlike other gamers, i have a life...job...and a girl.

It's pretty much on the same level as music and movies, kids now are being born and having their first system be a 360, or DS, lol thats crazy, and will lead to it being even more mainstreamed.

Post by: Matty on October 26, 2006, 05:44:44 PM: i used to play games a lot when i was doing my gcse's and a levels and stuff, snes and n64. when i went to uni i had a gamecube but almost stopped playing games cause my social life kinda took over 8)

played quite a lot back in the day and held a lot of uk records on 64 games like smash bros, f-zero x, mario party and stuff, was always very strong on the nintendo titles. i can still batter anyone on some newer titles like double dash and mario kart ds but i just don't play as many games for as long or to the level i used to ;o

What this dude said....Although there are very few games i can call myself "expert" at, no matter what game i play im never the worst player playing it.
