Daniel day lewis owned that movie....why play sonny as a young man? when andy garcia played his son as a young man....for reals they should just leave the saga the way i is....just like they should have left carlitos way alone...

Puzo wrote just one Godfather book.
The novel you're talking about was written by a guy called Mark Winegard or something.
Publishers hired him to make a quick buck after Puzo died.
The book is crap and a disgrace to Puzo's work.
