That guitar melody sounds a bit unreal; like a computer guitar, not a nice sound.
I'd make the bass line even fatter; with a Moog bass or something like that.
The open hihat/crash is irritating me too though...
Overal the beat has a good vibe and sounds good composed; don't get me wrong, but I think you should look at these things I pointed out.. Keep on doin' it!

the instruments sound terribly midi-ish, but its a good reworking of that mtume song drum wise
