When Nas Illmatic first came out, this album opened me up to eastcoast rap, and i remember walking around town tryint to memorize AZ's classic verse off of Life's A Bitch.
Visualizin the realism/ of life and actuality
Fuck who's the baddest/ a person's status depends on salary
And my mentality/was money orientated
I'm destiened to live the dream/for all my peeps who never made it

Cliche, most of ras kass stuff is amazing, you know i think that! His shit is on another level, especially that first album......when that came out Ras shoulda had the HipHop quotable in the SOurce locked down.........for two straight years. His newer stuff ain't as tight, but his verses are still incredible every now and then.....noone packs more into a verse than ras kass, and noone has metaphors and similies like him.........post some shit up, i am too lazy to grab my Soul on Ice booklet and read the small ass lyrics that go around in circles!
