For those of you who noticed, last nights Laker game was a little different than usual...I'm not talking about no Kobe, I'm talking about the special lighting in the arena...The lighting on the crowd was dimmed and the main focus was on the court, almost like a boxing match or the old school Fabulous Forum days...I was at the game and I personally think it's GREAT. I heard even better feedback from those who caught the game on TV, especially those who got an HD feed. Hopefully, we stay with "lights out", because it really does give the game a magical feel. It even got the crowd more into it!...What do ya'll think?

Yeah man I think it's tight. That's the theme for this season so I'm sure they'll keep it for at least this season. I think they should stick with it.

^^Word...At first they said it was only an experiment for a few games, but seems like they are keeping it for the whole season.

Well, he's out for the first few weeks, but when he gets back I see him playing minimal minutes, maybe about 15 per game. That's because he'll probably be playing behind Kwame AND Bynum by the time hes back. I have a feeling that his stay with the Lakers won't really last...I mean, he's very capable of contributing and he's a solid offensive/defensive weapon, but we simply have players ahead of him at the position...His stats will probably be about the same as they were last year, maybe a little less. I'd say he'll be a 8 points-6 rebounds guy...Bynum just created a log-jam at the 5...PeACe

i don't like it, it's going to suck when you don't have a sea of yellow out there

Plus he is in the last year of his contract. With Bynum in and the Lakers keeping Kwame, looks like Mihm is the odd man out.

I'm telling you, Bynum is the x factor. If Kwame can come into his own and Bynum continue to improve, the Lakers are going to be a dangerous team along with my "Baby Bulls" ;)
