your kidding right?...too shorts first 2  albums are that way and they are classics like sanford said!do yourself a favor and listen to that album with a system that has clean bass.that album has freaky tales,dope fiend beat,little girls damn cant believe you havent heard that.life is  also bangs,cusswords,dont fight the feeling,life is r tight

i meant to say i havent heard the cd "born to mack" but yea i heard "freaky tales"...who hasn't? thats his most famous song....but yea i'ma check this cd out...

Yeah I agree.  Those 6-7 minute songs as tight as fuck, when the beat rides out for a bit at the end, what can be tighter than that on like "I'm A Player" or "Cocktales"? (even though they both aren't on Born To Mack).  Too Sheezy is still the shit.

Yeah, I think once he started going with mainstream producers it changed his sound. I know Lil Jon has worked with Short for a while and I don't mind him working him or Jazzy Pha, but Ant Banks and Short are a better duo for music. It's like the more mainstream his albums have sounded, the more watered down they sound.

But since we are on classic shit...
