Sometimes, when I click on search, there's an annoying ad flashing that I won and shit.. Does it only happen to me? I think my computer is spyware free so I don't think that's the problem

yeh when i go on youtube lately I have to refresh sometimes cause the whole screen is like shifted to the side and its all behind some flashy shit
