The Game is currently making his strong media presence felt by doing a lot of appearances and interviews on radio, TV and other media outlets. He has been speaking his mind on various things, most notably his sophomore album "Doctor's Advocate". Everything has been said, so it's about time he lets the music do the talking! The new record is being released today in most countries in Europe, and next Tuesday, November 14th, in the United States. Make sure you go out and support this project by picking up your copy cause it's definitely worth it. We'll see how the first week turns out and if it meets Game's expectations...
Just in time for the album release, Game reached out to Dubcnn for a brief interview. He took a couple of minutes out to share a few words for his core audience here on Dubcnn to discuss the new album and other things going on. Check it out:
Dubcnn Exclusive Interview with The Game
In the interview, Game also mentioned the West Coast Remix of "One Blood" which is being released separately this weekend. Each region in the country is getting their own remix in addition to the extended remix. So look out for the new versions which will spread like wildfires in the next few days. We here at Dubcnn have the pleasure to bring you the West Coast remix today featuring Crooked I, Glasses Malone, Snoop Dogg, Kurupt, Daz, WC, E-40, and Game himself. Hit the link below:

You asked some good questions, but I don't feel like he had many answers, good interview though Jay.

Dubcnn: Long time Hip Hop heads have been requesting to bring lyricism back to the rap game. How much did you incorporate that into the new album?
The Game: On the new album I wasn't even worried about bringing something back and doing all that. I just went in the studio and recorded the hits that I recorded. Whatever is going through my head, I put that on a beat so it's always real.
that's one of the things I like about the album

True...it was always "I don't have to explain myself man. I'm the mothafucking Game homie from the West Coast!". But still...nice interview Jay 8) props

Yup pretty much what you and Crafty said. Dude doesn't have to explain himself no more. He's just letting the music talk which you can't be mad at.

nice interview

Propz for the interview and I agree with you, but still we all want to see Game successful so he needs to stop acting like he can be successful without all us who support him.
Like everyone else said, great questions but with better answers and less "I'm the motherfucking Game" attitude this would had been one of the best interviews i've ever read with Game.
-
Nice interview....Good questions but like people before me said his answers are wack. I don't like that...dude is getting a little too cocky. Answer the fuckin question right or don't do the fuckin interview.
-
^^^^Exactly. Seems like only a handful of rappers know how to give insightful answers to questions. Crooked I is very good at that. So is Clinton Wayne. Apart from them and perhaps a few more rappers, most MC's always come with the "you know what I'm saying? Real talk! That's what it is"-shit every few seconds without actually having answered the real question.
PS: Jay...check your PM's.

Dubcnn: Who are some of the younger West Coast rappers that you think have the potential to walk in your shoes and do what you did?
The Game: You got Juice. Juice is the next big thing on the West Coast. You got Glasses Malone, you got Lil Eazy, you got Crooked I, you got Bishop Lamont, you got a lot of motherfuckas out here holding it down. You got the homie Mitchy Slick. It's a lot out here, niggas just gotta put their ear to the street!
Man, first of all Juice ain't the future of shit, he ain't even from the west "coast" and he's wack.. And why all these L.A rappers go out of their way to not name Bay artists? Mitchy Slick who? All of these southern Cali artists n shit, that ain't the whole west at all, not even half of it. What about Ya Boy and Clyde Carson? They're supposed to be BWS affiliates so wtf? Fuck Game, and the rest of these L.A rappers who constantly look past us. I swear Bay niggas is about to bust this door down any minute and just say fuck L.A. It's gotta happen, too much tension up here. Bay niggas are about to explode and just fuck with South niggas in a minute, ain't no West Coast no more, Just Daygo, L.A, The Bay, Sac, and Seattle.. Fuck the West Coast!
