to me this is the best track on the album
I know not many would think that but I'm wondering if any others think so?
-
Yeah its a great track. The Biggie sample is dope
-
It's alright, nothing special...I think "Crazy", "Imagine", and "Round Here" are better.

love it. easily in my top 5. better then cali vaction to me at least. beat is nice, and ice cube kills it 8) Imagine is prolly my favourite track tho. That's That Shit has grown on me alot as well. Never thought I'd say this, but R. Kelly is CRAZY on that hook :o
-
i like it but beat is kinda annoying
-
damn you guys don't like that beat?
-
The beat had to be changed a little after the original instrumental was used by Mista Cavi ft. Jayo Felony for a mixtape due to a mishap/misunderstanding...
-
I love Cube and Snoop rips his new album, but to me they both sound kinda weak on here. Add to that a very lacklustre BattleCat beat and you have an average song, not wack, just not great.
-

couldnt agree more, this song was absolutely putrid, it was embarrassing to listen to it. As disapointing of a song as I have ever heard.

Damn it aint that bad, but for a Snoop/Cube collabo it is very bland. Their collabos are either club friendly tracks or very mellow tracks like this. You would expect some 2 Of Amerikkaz Most type shit from these 2. It aint like they can't do it.
-
good track,but nothing special
i agree

This is one of the songs that disappointed me.

This is one of the songs that disappointed me.
Yeah its cause I got so hyped to hear Snoop and Cube on the same track, I expected a real tight song but was surprised and disapointed that it wasnt that good :-\
-
It's not that good. Battlecat really let them down on the beat...this ain't nothing approaching what he did on "Cali Iz Active". And like everyone's said, why is it that Cube and Snoop only seem to do club-friendly shit when they're working together? I liked "Go To Church", but "You Got A Lotta That" was bad, this song is worse.
Maybe my expectations are too high, but it's just disappointing to me that two of the West's best MCs have so little chemistry and so little originality on the same track.
-
This track doesnt impress me at all. And some people on here had the audacity to say it's better than Cali Vacation. Somebody is smokin' that good shit and ain't sharing.

no shit, some people here are crazy
-
to me I was actually pretty dissapointed with the track. I was really hyped on the Snoop/Cube collabo, but I dunno something about it just doesn't do it for me.
-
This track is wack..sounds like Ice Cube was passing by the Studio and started freestyling
-
Song is life-less.
Snoop verse is far from smokin and Cube aint drop no cold shit.
These two should at least pick a beat that makes the floor and walls tremble.

Like I said...some people will listen to anything. I'm sure the fact that Battlecat produced it had a lot to do with it's undeserved love. He's one of the few people who West Coast cats refuse to say anything negative about.
-
Go To Church>LAX for me. At least the song gets you hyped. This is more along the lines of Gotta Lotta That.
-
damn you guys don't like that beat?
tell me what's so good on this beat? ah ok, u know it's fro battlecat so you have to praise it like a muthafucker, right? man, this song is ok, nothing special. battlecat has tons of better beats, listen to Intrology! The chorus is dumb, they could've made it better. I don't say it's wack, becuase Battlecat beats can't be really wack. it's cool to chill to, but it disappointed me a bit.
-
i smell ya west coa$t... track is dope no doubt. not my fave off the album though.
-
its on mah top 5 on the snoop album, its cool to c that snoop can have a laidback track with a real hiphop feel to it on the album..this track sounds oldschool and i like the way they sound so relaxed spittin on it. Its funny when cube rappin and starts laughin in the verse..puts a nice feel to it. This track aint no hit but its a nice laidback hiphoptrack.
-
I was dissapointed by the song... Battlecat has an incredible on the album (Intrology) and then LAX.. just doesn't measure up to it.
-
I gave this song a couple more spins from the first time and it is slowly growing on me. Still average for what these 3 could have done, but it is a nice chill track.
-
BEAT IS WACK like "CRAZY"... Best productions on the album are Intrlogy and That's That... Fuck snoop, he is the one guy who knows dre most, but he accepted 3 wack beats from d.r.e... which beat is better than a song on doggystyle??? shit.. i hope dre is saving his magic for detox... but it seems on kingdom come and BCT dre changed his sound and style...
-
damn that's surprising, I must be nuts
:monkey:
-
I think the beat is pretty cool, just that I would prefer something else for snoop and cube together. and the chorus really sucks.
-
The Song Is Tight
