Melvin Bradford, better known as Mel-Man, is a hip-hop producer who co-produced Dr. Dre's 2001 album. He also co-produced several tracks with Dre for Eminem's sophomore album The Marshall Mathers LP. Mel-Man is working with Dre on Detox. In addition Mel-Man is working with Eminem on his next solo album, The Re-Born.

It would be nice to hear Eminem the way he used to be. I do agree that he's too influenced by what's popular in the industry. However, I'll take this with a grain of salt since it came from wikipedia.
