"C.R.I.P." (featuring BG Knocc Out, Snoop Dogg, Dresta & Nate Dogg) (Produced by Niggaracci & Daz Dillinger)
Niggaracci got bangers.
DISCUSS! Will this be their nail in the coffin?

LMAO @ that title. +1 for creativity.
s for "the nail in their coffin", that was Cali Iz Active. Their over with. Only people that have hope in this album are the ones stuck in 94.

I'm sure this album will be it, especially with Glasses, Bishop, Crooked, Lil Eazy, & the rest of the New West dropping next year...it's about time new faces get to represent the west instead of the same 3 (Snoop, Cube, Dre) every year... 8)

They could've come up w/ a better album title than 'Dogg Chit'
-
Actually, Dogg Chit was rumored to the titled of their unreleased 2nd album on death row that never came out. But, I think this album will be about as good as Dillinger and Young Gotti 2. It will be pretty decent. And Cali Iz Active, was not the nail in the coffin, it was a good sign that they can hold their own in today's music scene.
-
I like "Cali Iz Active", so I'm looking forward to this one.

Cali Iz Active was a good album. But compared to Dogg Food and Dillinger and Young Gotti 1, it was nowhere near those 2. Hopefully they rebound and not try to go "mainstream" like with Cali Iz Active, which I thought they tried for.
-
It will be a good album as daz will produce it so it will have a cohesion to it rather than just random tracks thrown together.
-
I like Dogg Pound albums on DPGRecordz more than CIA on Koch with Snoop. If they could have put all those tracks that did not make the cut on that album and replace some of those other tracks it would have been good. This sounds like it is going to be good. Snoop has not been on a DPGRecordz release since DPGC YKWITU. So 2 or 3 cuts with Snoop on it would be good. For my avi is the album cover for it on Toon's website.
-
"Cali Iz Active" was bangin with the exception of maybe 2 traccs...Hopes and expectations aren't that high for me with this one....Not expecting anything great with this, except maybe 2 or 3 traccs at the most.
-
Yeah, CIA was aight, some bangers on it, some good tracks but a few shit tracks too, like the one with Paul "Fishface" Wall. I think "Dogg Chit" will be cool. Daz has still some heat and I hope Kurupt can step his lyric game up again...

seriously the hole dogg thing is played uot anyways
but i stopped caring baout them a while back
-
CIA had a few tight tracks but yeah it was mostly garbage, Daz still seems decent but Kurupt has straight lost it lol.
-
I like some tracks off CIA, but there were some awful ones on it as well...
Daz still seems decent but Kurupt has straight lost it lol.
ya Daz is Daz but Kurupt needs to quit ASAP, for music's sake

FUCK ALL OF YOU BITCHES!!!! All you ever do is hate on shit you don't like. You claim you support the WEST, but always hate on everything and everybody. IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE DOGG POUND, DON'T BUY THE RECORD!!! As Kurupt once said, "shut tha fuck up bitch, eat a d**k bitch, eat a bowl of CHIT bitch".....
Blue Smooth

Yes DPG has released some really poor material over the past few.....
but seriously to hate on this already is BS....
All the haters need to re-listen to the unreleased "MAKE IT HAPPEN" prod. Alchemist, that was a fuckin banger....hopefully
the alchemist/DPG collab on this is just as good

I'm sorry, I thought that the whole album had to be banging... I guess if it has ONE Alchemist track, the rest of the CD will be pure uncut.

löl @ fat nigga daz :D

lol.. I think everyone of us over the age of 20 fits that category of "being stuck in 94". Why else would we still be coming on this forum making threads about Kurupt, Daz, LBC Crew, Warren G, Death Row Records, and so many other artists that are clearly past their prime. I know that for me, a part of me will always be stuck in the mid-90's.
-
cant wait luv, hearin new dpg albums, so so gangsta was hot i liked kurupts recent effort, D&G 2 was a bangin album, cali iz active was not too bad. the indie albums always turn out good so, iwont expect a classic but lookin forward to enjoyin this album.
OH AND A BIG FUCK U TO THE THREAD STARTER AND ANYBODY HATIN
-
I dont give a fuck i still rep DPG fo life.
-
they either gotta change up their styles so they relate to 2006-2007 rap fans or come out with some incredible beats that makes people not care what they spit..
i doubt they will do either.. and they are my favorite group.. but i think dpg needs to retire and Daz should just work on making himself a premier producer/beat maker.. The west coast been needing a top notch beat maker for awhile.
-
lol @ fat nigga daz :D
-
Why people hatin' on the Dogg Pound so much? Man, Cali Iz Active was a tight album and I've really been feeling their projects since they've gotten back together as a crew... ESPECIALLY Dillinger & Gotti 2.
Someone said that the only people lookin' foward to this project are the ones stuck in '94... Maybe it's the people STUCK in '94 that are hatin' on this project. The DPG had to evolve and change their sound to fit in to today's era of Hip Hop. I love what they are doing.
This project sounds promising...

I dont care what you say bout Kurupt... And I agree hes had alot of horrible verses, specially on features.. BUT... his track on the Hi-Tek album was THE SHIT, and the Same Day Different Shit album had its moments too.

Agree. And production on SDDS is dope, so Dogg chit will have dope prod too, Daz never lost his touch
-
Same Day Different Shit was a good album. I like that song What The Fuck with Busta Rhymes too. Kurupt killed that shit. And that Westcoast Ridin with Daz produced by Fred Wreck.
-

I'm not stuck in 94, I'm stuck in 1999-2001
-
im definitly coppin it, but Dogg Pound Gangstaz is an already exsisting track from Dogg Food i think lol
