Title: Do We Have Any T.I. Fans Here?
Post by: Lunatic on November 23, 2006, 01:59:58 PM
I'm a big T.I. fan. I was just wondering if anyone has the music videos for "Be Easy" (off trap muzik album) & "Dope Boyz" (off i'm serious album). If anyone does, can you hook me up? thanks in advance.

T.I. is so dope. Trap Muzik in a few years will be considered a southern classic. I'm Serious was HEAVILY slept on. Bout time he's gettin the mainstream success he deserves with his last 2 albums. He ain't going no were either, get use 2 him. Watch, by the time he's done, on a mainstream level, he'll be considered 1 of greatest of all time.

Never liked T.I. that much before but 'King' is a great album. He definetly stepped up his lyrical ability and the production on it is great.

lol, trust me from a diehard T.I. fan who owns all his albums, his lyrical ability on King is NOTHING compared to what it was on his 2nd studio l.p. Trap Muzik. It is for sure a future classic (only been out about 3 years now). On his first l.p., I'm Serious, he showed alot of lyrical promise on some tracks, and then that all exploded with Trap Muzik. Urban Legend was when he started to become a little more radio/mainstream friendly, and also when his production really started 2 kick in (had alot 2 do with the budget increasing). King is just when he finally began getting the success he deserves. Urban Legend was only a sneak peek, of what was to come. but def. if you think his lyrical ability on King is good (not saying it isn't) go get Trap Muzik because his lyrical ability on that 1 raps circles around the lyrics on king.

Trap Muzik is bangin. King sucked. TI fell off. He sounds too much like Jay-Z now.

Trap Muzik is a classic, but he hasn't put together a solid record since then.

T.I. is easily the tightest mainstream rapper out there today.

no doubt. It bothers me when people mention T.I. & Yung Joc, D4L, DFB, and shit in the same sentence. Dude is lightyears ahead of those guys. And I totally agree with the guy who said Trap Muzik was 1 of the only albums I listen to, without skipping any tracks. Tracks like No More Talk, Doin' My Job, I Still Luv You show his lyrical ability, and then hes got the mainstream tracks like 24s, Lets Get Away, Rubberband Man, Look What I Got. Southern classics like Trap Muzik & Bezzle are also great. Creativity on T.I. vs. T.I.P. Man, I can go on all day, lol.

Trap Muzik is hella dope and without that album there would be no Young Jeezy, no Boyz N Da Hood etc etc coz they pretty much just recycled what T.I. had already done. only real difference is that T.I. did it 10x better then them. Urban Legend was pretty good aswell, i havenīt really bumped King a whole lot so i canīt really talk about it.
