Ole English and One Night are the best tracks on the album by far. The only 2 tracks with some substance.

add Remedy, da shit, too much, california vacation, why you hate the game, doctors advocate and a couple others.
-
It sounds nothing like kokane, plus kok wouldn't do such an annoying/crappy hook. ^^ and whats with you groupie? How does California Vacation have any substance? "Bitch gimme some head like its 94'"? Jesus, Games lyrics on that track are aweful.

I aint no game groupie. I dont even own none of his cds. I just think he makes good music. That California Vacation is tight. the hook of the song, the versus, the beat its all dope. The whole album is dope.

I like every song on the DA except for:
it's okay (one blood)
compton
let's ride
lol @ Game on 'One Night' he says
'I used my rap money to put crack in the hood'

Yeah Yeah, he makes good songs. nice beats, ok lyrics, ok I understand that. But how do these songs have any deep meaning, any substance. Their one dimensional songs. Theirs no meaning behind his music. He makes music to make money, he isn't trying to teach or influence people, or tell a story with his music. As someone said, its car bumping music. Like Lil Jon, 50 Cent or any of that other stuff. If any Game lyric has ever "moved" you, or made you think about life, then your life must be pretty simple. Simple people are influence by simple things. Enjoy the music... but you don't get anything real out of it.

Did the Chronic have meaning?? You said that you like sugar frees just add water. Wheres the meaning in sugar frees? How bout doggystyle? theres no meaning
Im not looking for game to make me think about life?? I just want good music to listen too. And even game has songs that make you think like why you hate the game.

^ Their is a lot of meaning in music. Its just hard to find these days. And its not all just about meaning, its a feeling you get when you listen to the music. Thats one of the reasons I like Suga Free. Hes not a millionaire, he still lives where he grew up, hes been making real music for his entire life, and most importantly, he raps about himself, whats hes been through, who he is, his career. He raps about being a pimp, which he is in real life. His music is real. Its not just to make money. The problem with Game is, he doesn't rap about himself, he raps about other people, and thats why I can't take him seriously as an artist. Millionaires make music for money. Some millionaires don't change though. But people like Game, people like 50 Cent, changed when they got rich. Which makes their music fake. Snoop dogg is fake. But Doggystyle wasn't. It was a real album. Real artists (some poor), kids, producers, young people, making music. They weren't sitting their in piles of money. Money changes everything. Their might not be much meaning in Doggystyle, or NWA, or the Chronic. But the people making that music, were real people, real people with real problems, that lived real lives. The people pumping out music these days live in mansions, host TV shows and all that other bullshit. Its not real. I like good music as well, but when it comes to Classic music, its got to be real. Keep it real!!

^ relax, stop taking everything so seriously

In general about hiphop I feel the same way, I kow whatchu sayin, but I didnt buy the Game CD expecting enlightened political and spiritual thought provoking lyrics. Sure, the DA is formula but thats what I want, provided its done real, no 'actor with a record deal trying to play the part'.
But Games songs have substance, have you actually listened to the album? Really feelin 'One Night', 'Doc's Advocate', Ol' english' good music to drown your sorrows to.

I agree wit some of what you say. But only the artist knows if hes being real or fake. Did you live with game to know hes fake. His brother wasnt saying nothing until he felt he wasnt getting enough money. Now he says games fake. I aint into all of that drama. Im into the music. Cause at the end of the day theyre all fake. from game to dr dre to snoop dogg to wu tang to nas and so on.
You know what else i realized. I remember somebody was saying that all that lil jon and ti and 50 cent type music is a fad. But thats Just like alot of rappers in the early 90's were making fads. In the early 90's it was cool to be political and talk about guns and all that. Thats why the snoop dogg and jayz and Ice cube and Dr dre were all big. But now that aint cool so what do you see. You see ice cube hooks up with lil jon for go to church. Jayz makes change clothes cause neptunes are in right now. Snoop dogg makes songs wit lil jon too. So MOST artists try to do whats in at the time.

Did you just compare Docs Advocate to Chronic and Doggystyle ? Wow, I'd never thought I'll hear that one.

Did i even comare anything about them?? Why you trying to make me sound like a game stan. And making yourself seem like a game hater. Ive never even bought any of his cds. Or anything that has to do wit him.
He said that doctors advocate has no meaning. I was just saying that neither does sugar frees albums or the chronic. I aint comparing them. If im looking for a album with meaning ill pick up psycho realm and not some game album or dr dre album.

One night is the best cut but 'Why You Hate the Game' has the most substance. Nas: "pro black, I don't pick cotton from asprin bottles."

This song is a classic 8)

'All The Stores of Compton were sold outta of ol' english the day Eazy dropped...'
