Just make a new profile, and make a new account with hotmail. And change the country in hotmail to somewhere in the USA.
When you make a new profile and you fill in your new email adres is loads your info from hotmail into your 360 profile. Just like the first time you made a profile.

And then start dl my friend.

i'm gonna use this a lot more than I planned on, you can buy Tv shows an episode for 160points, and then its yours forever, you can delete it and get it again free of charge whenever you want it. It also lets you start watching it as soon as it's downloaded enough that you can watch it all the way through without interruption.
