Title: Question about Kam's "Pull Ya Hoe Card"

I am sure alot of you know which song Im talking about, but something has been bugging me ever since I first got the album:

How would one go about acually "pulling someone's hoe card"?? Is it like putting another male individual in check, saying "you are a hoe man" or would you need a female and pull the "hoe card" out of her deck (so to speak) or what?
What does it mean ;D

hahahahaah this is hella funny

its when someone acts and talks all tough and bad ass and frontin and shit, but when the situation comes down to it and the action needs to happen and the person doesnt' do anything.  Most the shit talking homos on this forum would get their hoe cards pulled if there was ever a wcc get together.
