fuck, cops are the biggest HK's. Well I was with the homie pickin' up an 8th from a connect. Then we go and pick up another homie and roll a blunt at Erwin Park. Well we finish smokin' a blunt then all of a sudden 2 guys walk up on us, Undercover handcuffs us and gives us tickets and a court date. that killed my high so much that now I needa smoke another blunt tonight, Lol.

if you plead no contest and cop a plea they're going to give you a $500 dollar fine and 3 years of probation, i learned that when i went to court for disorderly conduct a while back. that shit sux cuz they you have to watch some video about your rights for an hour then wait for the judge to come out , then you have to sit their and watch everyone else's cases get put on blast, then they put you on blast. shit is sad i saw like 3 mother get put away when they thought they were just going to have to pay a fine for domestic abuse.

dude youre trippin. 8th aint nothing to worry about, especially if it aint yours. you'll get a citation, which was probably the ticket that you got. i dont know how old you are, but if you're over 18, theres nothing to worry about except a 100$ fine. Basically, point is it aint a crime if they write you a ticket.

i wouldnt stress at all man, i wouldnt even show up to court, unless they mandated you to. but if you can just pay a fine and forefeit, fuck it, its a 100 bucks.

it doesn't matter what you plead it isn't a big deal. There will be a public defender there in court just do whatever that person tells you to do, which will most likely be to plead no contest.

you're not going to go to jail, the only way you go to jail is if after you get your punishment and you don't follow through with what the court says. like if you don't pay your fine/skip out on work release, skip out on whateverprogram they have you go to.
but most likely you're going to get 3 years COURT probation when you cop a plea (which usually means before you stand in front of the judge there's going to be a probation officier/public defender telling you what will happen if you plead guilty, not guilty , and no contest)
but court probabtion just means that you have to not fuck up and get any misdemenors or any kind of trouble for three yearsor you're going to jail without an option. just smoke at home dude that's what me and my girl do , or in your car with the keys out of the ignition, cops can't really fuck with you

i got done with my 3 years court probation without a hitch. its cool though, getting caught is a learning experience for you. at least the situation wasnt any worse than it is.

In BC weed is nothing, me and a buddy came back from the states and had a once in the trunk and they found it, we went though some stupid shit and interagation, but we got off with a fine and now for the next 5 years we will get searched everytime we cross the border
However that border guard said that if we where to get caught on the american side, it would be a minimum of 30 days in jail and all other bullshit
