weeks

some people are expressin disapointment in 270,000 first week sales, and what with the market and all, are concerned snoops platinum streak might end

i dont think we should be too concerned for several reasons

1. snoop has never been a 1st week kinda guy...at least not in the last 7-8 yrs
hes always had that solid openin week, courtesy of a solid fan base, and then the rest of his fan base trickle towards him as soon as they hear a good single from him. hence b please pushin nltd to plat status, beautiful pushing ptctbtb to plat status etc etc

2. jays openin week overshadowed the snoop release, once that hype dies down, snoops album will get more play

3. thats that shit climbed from 85 to 20...its still risin, and more n more people are gettin the idea that i wanna fuck u is on snoops album too

4. snoop has another 2 potential singles he can drop still and lots of bangers to choose from

5. rollin stone cover, all these arrests etc...any publicity is good publicity

6. christmas season is still in effect for another 3 weeks at least

Snoop & Game both are sellin well. I guess people just had super-high expectations.
