first of all this has been posted already

second of all it's not jacked......it's just the same sample..... people cant just jack someone's beat and use it on their album.....they'll get sued

First of all, I didn't see it.

Second of it, it is jacked.  The pattern of the beat is the exact same.  They just re-interpreted the instruments.  It would have been cool if they thought of a completely different beat to use with the sample.  I didn't mean jacked literally as in they took Warren G's beat.  I meant the beat concept.

Nah, McDonald did the original sample, which sounds nothing like this RAP beat.
