I love mc ren dont get it tiwisted but i think hes a legend of because who he was with.
Let em explain. If you switch him with say Willie d from the ghetto boys what do you get? Willie d is a legend.

Dont get it tiwted i love his raps but he dosent come close to eazy, dre or cube.

how he was better than eazy and dre

i don't think he's a legend either but he definitely recognizeable as a figure in hiphop and will always be remembered as the one who didn't blow.

To some but i can tell you that a lot of my friends woulnt reconise him unless its a nwa song put em in a line up they wont know who he is but they will know who cube, dre and eazy is.

With that being said Mc Ren is dope its just a fact.

Willie D was my favorite geto boy. I liked his voice. Sounded like he shoulda been some pro black speaker. MC Ren was better then him though. He could write laps around him and make better albums although Rens connections did help no doubt.

We need a album from MC Ren, ASAP. Him and Bun B should do a album together.

i 2 think its a shame.
u had dre, eazy and cube, but no doubt, mc rens was nwa lead vocalist, if u connsider howmnay songs he was on.
ok cube left after 1st album, but even on that album ren was on 8 traccks, cube was on 6-7.
mc ren in my opiion had the best flow on nwa albums compared to dre eazy and cube. cube lyrics were top nitych, no one could touch that.

ren rapped with force when he did, esp on 100 miles and runnin, and rest of songs on efil 4 zaggin. he could slow it down and still come strong on alwayz into something, dayz of wayback.
if u listen to his songs from eazy duz it, str8 outta comoton until last song of efil 4 zaggin, u will notice that he actually slows dowen his pace of vocals gradualy. his flow was awesome on the p;atinum kizz my black azz EP

only reason ren never blew up after nwa was cos eazy-e died, and ruthless got messed up.
