It's more of a anthem but I would go with Why We Thugs before this. That or California Vacation.

West Coast track of the year is "California Vacation", although "That's that Shit" is a very close second

Umm, what about "On Some Real Shit?"  Cali Iz Active was dope, but its not even my favorite track from the CIA CD.

yeah id have to say its the west coast track of the year as well. i dunno, i guess more for the sentimenttal value to myself as well as just the entire west coast that day. it was just something you had to see to believe. like the people that were present at the video shoot, its just not going to ever happen again. its firmly established its place in the west coast history books.

Snoop Dogg, Daz Dillinger, Kurupt, Battlecat, Julio G, Fred Wreck, DJ Quik, Ice Cube, WC, King Tee, Roscoe, Warren G, Too Short, Kam, Xzibit, Soopafly, Tyrese, MC Eiht, Mykestro, Glasses Malone, Bishop Lamont, J. Wells, Playa Hamm, Jelly Roll, Terrace Martin, Krondon, Dilated Peoples, Big Boy, JT the Bigga Figga, Daddy V, Crazy Toones, YoYo, Big Boy, B-Real, 1500, and countless others.

LIKE FOR REAL, FOR REAL.

Why We Thugs is way way way way better. Cali is Active is cool, but come on now. Ice Cube dropped heat this year, and Daz and Kurupt? Well...

agreed

my personal favourite from this year though is kurupt - ryde & roll, has a vintage westcoast production from daz, nice lyrics and a cool hook
