I think the song is called "Thuggin In The Summertime" feat. Bosko.

well i think the bosko do the talkbox, but the chorus is doin for ??? yeah i know is not nate dogg, but the voice from the guy is near like nate.

Its Bosko. Bosko is not just doing the talkbox, he's also singing on records.
