Im watching MTV and I saw the new Dilated Peoples video for the first time and they use the same beat that Ludacris uses on "Growing Pains". It's just kinda strange--there has to be enough samples to go around--why do artists always end up overusing the same damned ones.

what song was this?
-
Yeah, what is the title to the Dilated Peoples song??
-
If he is referring to the new single it's "Worst Comes to Worst".

Yea, that's it...thanks.

First, Ludacris didn't produce the song....Dialated Peoples didn't sample it. Alchemist and Luda's producer did.
Second, good songs are gonna get sampled more. Plain and simple.

LOL good point, your right, where the hell did he read that? lol , LMAO thats funny shit

And if you like Killah Priest, you'd know he freaked that track before Dilated and Luda.
-
okay.. first of all.. killah priest did use this sample first... secondly... Alchemist produced both the Dilated and Ludacris songs... remember when he did this shit to ras kass with that jada song? he did the same thing to dilated.. which is odd.. because he's considered Dilated fam.... but Dilated's joint has been around since july... anyways.. just thought i'd straighten that out... Alchemist needs to buy some more wax to sample.

I meant to type in sampled. My bad.
I was trying to get the point across that it might not've even been their choice to sample it.
P.S. Ludacris did produce 3 or 4 tracks of Back For The First Time(just thought you'd like to know that)
